By joining the 420 Flex Affiliate Program, you agree to the following terms and policies. 420 Flex reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time.

1. Commission & Payouts

-Affiliates earn a 10% commission on each completed sale made using their unique discount code.
-Commissions are paid out monthly via PayPal on the first business day of each month.
-There is a minimum payout threshold of $30. If this threshold is not met, commissions roll over to the following month.
-Affiliates are responsible for ensuring their PayPal account is active and able to receive payments. 420 Flex is not responsible for failed transactions due to incorrect or restricted accounts.

2. Refunds & Chargebacks

-If an order using an affiliate’s code is refunded or charged back, the commission earned on that order will be deducted from the affiliate’s earnings.
-If an affiliate’s account has excessive chargebacks or refunds, 420 Flex reserves the right to review the account and potentially remove the affiliate from the program.
-420 Flex reserves the right to remove any affiliate from the program at any time, for any reason.

3. Discount Code Usage

-Affiliates can use their own discount code for personal purchases.
-Affiliate discount codes can be shared anywhere (social media, websites, blogs, etc.).
-However, affiliates may not falsely advertise their code or misrepresent their affiliation with 420 Flex.

4. Loot Drops (Free Product for Affiliates)

-All approved affiliates receive one free unit of product upon joining the program.
-Monthly Loot Drops (two free re-ups/month) 
-Loot Drops are not guaranteed—420 Flex reserves the right to deny free product to an affiliate for any reason such as low activity or no sales

-Affiliates must cover the flat shipping fee of $7 to receive their Loot Drop.

5. Brand Representation & Promotion

-Affiliates have full creative freedom in how they promote their discount codes.
However, affiliates may not misrepresent 420 Flex, make false claims, or engage in misleading advertising.
-While 420 Flex does not restrict content, affiliates should avoid explicit language that could trigger algorithm restrictions (e.g., censoring terms like “THC” as “TH*” or “Weed” as “W**d”).
-420 Flex reserves the right to terminate an affiliate at any time, for any reason.

6. Program Termination

-420 Flex reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account at any time, for any reason.
-If an issue arises with an affiliate, 420 Flex will communicate with them individually to attempt a resolution.
-If an agreement cannot be reached, 420 Flex has the right to payout final earnings and permanently terminate the affiliate’s code.

By continuing to participate in the 420 Flex Affiliate Program, affiliates acknowledge that they have read and agree to these terms.

7. Creator Boost Program (Optional)

The 420 Flex Creator Boost Program is an optional performance-based initiative that provides reimbursement for TikTok Promote ad spend used to amplify organic creator content featuring 420 Flex products. Participation in this program is not guaranteed and is subject to strict eligibility and verification requirements.

By choosing to participate in the Creator Boost Program, you agree to the following additional terms:

7.1 Eligibility Requirements

• Creators must have generated at least 10 confirmed sales through their affiliate code prior to applying for the Boost Program.
• Meeting the 10-sale minimum does not guarantee acceptance.
• 420 Flex reserves the right to select only the most ideal candidates from the affiliate pool based on performance, consistency, brand alignment, and available budget.
• 420 Flex reserves the right to deny or remove any creator from the Boost Program at any time.

7.2 Monthly Promote Budget Cap

• Approved creators may receive reimbursement for up to $100 per month in TikTok Promote ad spend.
• Reimbursement cannot exceed this cap under any circumstances.
• 420 Flex may increase or decrease this cap in the future based on program performance, budget availability, and overall ROI.

7.3 Verification of Ad Spend

To maintain transparency and prevent misuse:

• Creators must forward the official TikTok Promote invoice email they receive directly from TikTok to admin@420flex.com.
• Only official invoices generated by TikTok are accepted.
• Screenshots, edited documents, bank statements, or manually created receipts will not be accepted as proof of ad spend.
• Reimbursement will only be issued after 420 Flex verifies the invoice.

7.4 Reimbursement Process

• Reimbursement will be issued via PayPal as part of the creator’s monthly affiliate payout schedule.
• Invoices must be forwarded within 30 days of the campaign’s completion or they will not be reimbursed.
• Any attempt to falsify invoices or misrepresent spending will result in immediate removal from the affiliate program and forfeiture of earnings.

7.5 Compliance Requirements

• Boosted content must follow TikTok community guidelines, advertising policies, and 420 Flex brand guidelines.
• Creators may not make unapproved medical claims or use restricted terminology that could harm the account or brand.
• 420 Flex reserves the right to revoke Boost Program access if a creator consistently violates guidelines or posts content misaligned with brand values.
